Texas customers can order individual cuts online: Ribeye, Tenderloin/Filet Mignon, New York Strip, Sirloin, Flank Steak, Skirt Steak, Chuck Roast, Brisket, Short Ribs, Ground Beef, Back Ribs, Flat Iron Steak, Mock Tender Roast, and Stew Meat.
Out-of-state customers can join the waitlist for nationwide shipping starting December 2026 when USDA inspection is complete.
