Bulk Options

We offer quarter, half, and whole beef when supply allows. Because we operate a small herd on a 2.5-year raise cycle, bulk availability is limited. We recommend joining our interest list so we can notify you when bulk beef becomes available.

What You'll Need

• Freezer space: A quarter beef needs roughly 4–5 cubic feet; a half needs 8–10 cubic feet; a whole needs 16–20 cubic feet.
• Patience: We'll work with you to schedule timing that works for both sides.
• Local pickup: Bulk beef is available for local pickup in the Llano, Texas area only.
